Original Jerky. This Jerky is based on the flavor that started it all. Lean beef, mixed with just the right amount of salt, sugar, pepper and spices, slowly smoked and dried for up to 8 hours.

Teriyaki Jerky – beef jerky – Oriental style. Lean beef lightly marinated in brown sugar, soy sauce, onion, garlic and other seasonings, slowly smoked and dried to enhance the combination of flavors.

Sweet and Spicy. This tasty jerky has a sweet underlying flavor, but is taken up a few notches with the addition of crushed red peppers to leave a warm finish. Great with a beverage (or two)
